Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@usedetach.com with your order number and reason for return. All return requests must be approved by us before sending anything back. Once approved, we will reply with our return address and instructions on how to send your package back. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels. You will need to arrange and pay for your own return shipping to our address.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If your Detach Card has been paired and activated, it may not be eligible for a return — please contact us at hello@usedetach.com to discuss your situation.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a replacement is to return your item and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Your item must be unused and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@usedetach.com.
