Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Domestic Shipping (Malaysia)
We ship to all states in Malaysia including Sabah and Sarawak via J&T Express. Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days for Peninsular Malaysia. Deliveries to Sabah and Sarawak may take slightly longer. A flat shipping rate of RM7 applies to all domestic orders.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to selected countries. Estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days depending on destination. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and any additional charges imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer. Detach is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel in real time.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@usedetach.com and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.
